Theresa had a long and varied career in Financial Services spanning Europe and Africa. She led sales, service, training and project teams to success, all the while focusing on developing people to perform at their highest level and deliver great results. Theresa's biggest organisational impacts were achieved through her roles in change management where she delivered a number of high profile projects impacting up to 30,000 employees to time, cost and quality standards.

During the last 6 years, Theresa has worked as an Executive Coach specialising in leadership and management development. She is a very experienced facilitator and coach working with individuals at senior management and Board levels of blue chip companies including Sage, HBoS, Experian and AstraZeneca, as well as the DVLA, Barnardo's and the BBC.
